Our deliveries are carried out throughout the national territory via the Correios company.

Therefore, delivery times may vary depending on the most convenient delivery option that best serves the consumer. This deadline is calculated by the Correios system and is related to both the destination zip code and the choice of shipping method. The freight value is calculated before payment and based on the Correios' table of terms and prices.

Natural Oil is responsible for separating and sending the purchased products, guaranteeing a period of two days, after confirmation of payment, for separating and sending the product to the Post Office.

In view of the outsourcing of freight to the Correios company, the delivery time for the product will be their responsibility and the delivery will be carried out in accordance with their specific policies and deadlines.

It is important that the buyer always checks his zip code on the Correios website to find out about deadlines. To calculate receipt of the product, remember the two days granted to the company, after confirmation of payment, for separation and preparation of the purchased product.

IMPORTANT : The order will only be separated and sent to the post office after confirmation of payment by Natural Oil.

In cases where the goods are returned due to an error in the address registered on our website or due to the impossibility of the carrier to carry out the delivery, the Natural Oil Virtual Store will charge a new amount corresponding to the freight for the new delivery.
