Exchange and Return Policy

Natural Oil Cosméticos Ltda. always seeks to offer its customers the best products, manufactured using excellent raw materials and in partnership with renowned suppliers in the market. In this sense, in an attempt to always satisfy the customer and obtain their credibility, trust and loyalty, it created a specific policy for exchanges and returns of products purchased in its virtual store.

General considerations

Returns of products, as provided for by national legislation, may be carried out within a period of 07 (seven) days, counting from the date of receipt of the product, as provided for in article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. For this, the product must be in its original packaging, accompanied by all the accessories that may come with it and with the purchase invoice, provided that the product cannot have been used by the consumer.

All occurrences involving the return or exchange of the product must be communicated to Natural Oil, within the established period of 7 (seven) days. When the exchange or return of the product is approved, the company will send an email with information about the procedure to be carried out to complete the exchange/return.

If the product purchased in our virtual store is defective after seven days, the buyer may contact the company to verify the nature of the defect. The exchange of defective products may be carried out within 30 days (non-durable products), counted from the receipt of the product, as provided by law.

Any returned product must be in its original state, that is, without any intervention that could generate the loss of the Natural Oil Cosméticos Ltda. , always accompanied by the copy of the customer's order, with the invoice and the packaging of the product.

The product returned due to an alleged defect will be subjected to prior analysis and, if the absence of any defect or non-compliance with any of the conditions described above is found, it will be sent back to the customer.

Requests for exchange/return must be requested by email sac@naturaloil.com.br as a way of officially documenting the request.

Natural Oil Cosméticos Ltda. informs that in cases of open or damaged packaging, damaged product or product not in accordance with the order placed, the customer must refuse to receive it and notify us of what happened. If, however, the product is received and the occurrence of any of the hypotheses described occurs, contact the company within 72 hours of improper receipt.

All exchanges/returns will be processed internally within 72 hours, with the delivery time stipulated according to the post office deadline.

In the event of cancellation of the purchase within 7 days, due to the right to regret, the refund may be made by means of credit for new purchases on our website, chargeback on the credit card bill or deposit in an account owned by the buyer. , in case the payment has been made by means of a bank slip.

Emphasizing that the reimbursement through credits for new purchases on the site will only be made upon express and written request of the customer.
