Adults: 3 to 6 drops to 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil.

Electric Flavoring 100ml: Add 5 drops for a pleasant and long-lasting combination. Adjust the voice according to the desired intensity.

Immersion baths: Dilute 0.5 ml of essential oil in a tablespoon (15 ml) of vegetable oil, honey or apple cider vinegar. Add a spoonful of the mixture to a full bathtub.

Cosmetics: Dilute 1 to 3 drops of essential oil in a teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil and massage into the skin for a few minutes. It can be added to various cosmetic products.

Compress: Dilute approximately 8 drops (0.3 ml) of essential oil in 500 ml of water and use in the form of a compress.

Inhalation: Drip 1 drop on your hands, rub them together and, in a shell shape, inhale the aroma.

Massage: Dilute approximately 20 drops (0.5ml) of essential oil in a tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil or neutral massage cream.
Safety: Essential oils should be used with care. It is recommended to do a sensitivity test on a small area of skin before using the product. Avoid sun exposure after using citrus essential oils, as they are photosensitive and can cause skin blemishes. Do not use large dosages and avoid continuous use for more than 28 days without breaks.
