Extraction: Low pressure distillation

Properties: anticatarrhal, antiparasitic, antifungal, antibacterial, antiviral, antiseptic, analgesic, antirheumatic, antimicrobial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, catalyst, healing, disinfectant, expectorant, hypotensive, insecticide and purifier.

Helps with: infectious dermatitis and cutaneous parasites, scalp asepsis, dull hair, cough, bronchitis, sinusitis, asthma, rhinopharyngitis, flu, laryngitis, otitis, stress, mental fatigue, anxiety, mood swings, weakness and lack of energy, nasal decongestion, strengthening breathing, mental focus and muscle pain.

Aroma: Herbal, fresh, camphor, aromatic, metallic, cineolic, fresh.

Safety: The quality of essential oils is crucial as they are fat soluble, meaning they are absorbed through the skin and easily enter the bloodstream. Where and how to use?

Baths:

  • Soaking: Dilute 0.5 ml of the oil in 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of vegetable oil (honey or apple cider vinegar). Use a spoonful of this mixture for a full bathtub.

Cosmetics:

Dilute 1 to 3 drops of essential oil in 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of vegetable oil and massage into the skin for a few minutes. It can also be added to the desired cosmetic product.

  • Hair: Shampoo, conditioner, capillary mask, combing cream, ends repairer, capillary tonic, etc.

  • Skin: Liquid soap, after-shower oil, moisturizing cream, facial soap, facial moisturizer, foot creams, etc.

Observation:

Do not add essential oils to sunscreen. Avoid applying in the eye area.

Add approximately 8 drops (0.3 ml) of essential oil to 500 ml of water and use in compresses.

Inhalation:

Massage:
