Extraction: Cold pressing of the bark

Description: Mandarina essential oil is obtained by cold pressing the peel of the fruit. It has a citrus, sweet, aldehydic, spicy and juicy aroma. It is valued for its antiseptic, calming, digestive, eupeptic, emotional, nervous, relaxing, rebalancing, tranquilizing and digestive tonic properties.

Benefits and indications: Mandarina essential oil offers a number of health benefits. It is useful in the treatment of anxiety, anguish, nervous depression, insomnia, dyspepsia, stress, discouragement, sadness, motivation, motivated, insomnia, constipation in babies and pregnant women, aerophagia, solution, poor digestion, nausea, nervous dyspnea, atmospheric transmission, gastralgia, cellulite, stretch marks, acne, skin aging, childhood appetite, allergies and childhood hyperactivity.

Forms of use:

  • usage: topic

    • Babies: 1 drop to 1 tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil.

    • Children: 1 drop to 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil.

    • Adults: 3 to 6 drops to 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil.

  • Electric Flavoring 100ml: Add 5 drops for a pleasant and long-lasting combination. Test with more or less drops to adjust the desired intensity.

  • Baths:

    • Soaking: Dilute 0.5 ml of essential oil in a tablespoon (15 ml) of vegetable oil, honey or apple cider vinegar. Add a spoonful of the mixture to a full bathtub.

  • Cosmetics: Dilute 1 to 3 drops of essential oil in a teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil and massage into the skin for a few minutes. It can also be added to desired products.

    • Hair: Shampoo, conditioner, capillary mask, combing cream, ends repairer, capillary tonic, etc.

    • Skin: Liquid soap, after-shower oil, moisturizing cream, facial soap, facial moisturizer, foot creams, etc. Do not apply pure oil in the eye area or mix with sunscreen.

  • Compress: Add approximately 8 drops (0.3 ml) of essential oil to 500 ml of water. Use in the form of a compress.

  • Inhalation: Drip 1 drop on your hands, rub them together and, in a shell shape, inhale the aroma.

  • Massage: Dilute approximately 20 drops (0.5ml) of essential oil in a tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil or neutral massage cream.

Safety: The quality of essential oils is fundamental, since they are liposoluble and can be absorbed by the skin, easily entering the bloodstream. It is important to check the indication for applying pure oil to the skin. Avoid large dosages and do not use it continuously for more than 28 days without breaks. It can cause dermatitis in some people. Also, when using citrus essential oils, avoid exposure to the sun, as they are photosensitive and can cause blemishes on the skin.

Storage: To preserve the quality of Mandarina essential oil, it is recommended to store it in dark glass bottles. Avoid transferring it to other containers. Keep it in cool and dry environments.
