ROMAN CHAMOMILE ESSENTIAL OIL

Origin: France
Extraction: Low pressure steam distillation. The process must be slow to preserve the properties, avoiding high pressure and speed.
Properties: Analgesic, antibacterial, antispasmodic, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, anti-infective, antiparasitic, antipyretic, antihistamine, calming for anxiety and sleep, cardiotonic, carminative, healing, emmenagogue, stomachic, immunostimulant, neuroprotective, natural thermal protector, relaxing, sedative, digestive tonic and vermifuge.
Helps with: Anxiety, insomnia, insomnia, difficulty sleeping, depression, low libido, neuralgia (sciatica), nervous shock, cholera, addictions and behavioral problems, trauma, fatigue, pregnancy, psoriasis, cough, asthma, bronchitis, hydration, hair oily, dry and/or transient and brittle skin, hair lightening, skin irritation, dry skin, oily skin, acne, eczema, joint problems, muscle cramps, painful and inflammatory spasms, respiratory complications, intestinal parasites, neuritis, sciatica and neuralgia of all kinds.
Aroma: Fruity, liqueur, dusty, hay, sweet herbal.
Safety: The quality of essential oils is very important, as they are liposoluble and easily absorbed by the skin and bloodstream. Note: May cause dermatitis; check the indications for applying pure oil to the skin; avoid high doses and do not use for more than 28 days without breaks.
Where and how to use?
Use:
Babies: 1 drop to 1 tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil.
Children: 1 drop to 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil.
Adults: 3 to 6 drops to 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil.
Electric Flavoring (100ml):
Add 5 drops for a nice, long-lasting combination. It is recommended to test with more or less drops to reach the desired intensity.
Baths:
Soaking: Dilute 0.5ml of the oil in a tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil (honey or apple cider vinegar). Add a spoonful of this mixture to a full bathtub.
Cosmetics: Dilute 1 to 3 drops of essential oil in a teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil and massage into the skin for a few minutes or add to the desired product.
Hair: Shampoo, conditioner, capillary mask, comb cream
Skin: Liquid soap, after-shower oil, moisturizing cream, facial soap, facial moisturizer, foot creams, etc. Note: Do not add essential oils to sunscreen. Do not apply in the eye area.
Compress: Add approximately 8 drops
Inhalation: Drip 1 drop in your hands, rub them together and take it in a shell shape to your nose to inhale deeply.
Massage: Dilute approximately 20 drops (0.5ml) of essential oil in a tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil or neutral massage cream.

How to store?
Always store in dark glass containers, preferably without transferring the oil to another container. Keep a cool and dry environment.
